libcarp-always-perl software package provides Perl module to make warn and die noisy with stack backtraces, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcarp-always-perl
libcarp-always-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcarp-always-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcarp-always-perl *
You will get with libcarp-always-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
